🚀 We're Hiring: Two Software Engineering Managers

Central Belt, Scotland

Hybrid working

We’re currently recruiting two Software Engineering Managers for a high-growth tech company in the Central Belt of Scotland.

If you have Java, React and or AWS that is ideally what we are looking for or either one of those.

These are people-first leadership roles—ideal for experienced engineers who have transitioned into management and want to focus on growing teams, shaping strategy, and driving delivery without needing to be hands-on day to day.

✅ What we're looking for:

2+ years of experience managing a small software engineering team
Strong background in either front-end (React) or back-end (Java) development
Passion for team development, delivery excellence, and modern software practices
