About the Role We are looking for an all-round Account Manager who is well versed in liaising with clients has a keen eye for detail and is experienced at juggling many projects to a high level across social media channels, digital media channels, events and print. Ideally you would also have knowledge of employer brand but experience across all platforms and meeting deadlines is required to join our busy team and the rest we can always teach. Working closely with an Account Director and our creative teams you will support on the day-to-day servicing of a small portfolio of client accounts, specifically with regard to attracting the next generation of employees for our clients. You might be supporting to organise and facilitate research focus groups, briefing creative teams on bringing enticing adverts to life, branding an office, or interviewing employees and creating engaging videos that you will share on our clients social media channels. What we can guarantee is that no two days will be the same and you will gain access to the internal workings of a variety of globally recognised brands. This role is being hired as a Fixed Term 6 Month Contract that could be permanent for the right candidate. Role responsibilities: Day-to-day management of our client accounts – updating and managing project plans, organising meetings by sending agendas and detailed action plans. Advising clients on media plans, sourcing channels, liaising with third parties, managing suggestions, co-ordinating responses and roll outs. This might be online, across email or face to face. Campaign management – from creative concept through to delivery and measurement – reporting and recommending on improvements monthly. Building social content to meet clients objectives and facilitating interviews and content creation. Aligning and managing approvals and reporting on statistics. Digital attraction management – this might be supporting on career website builds, scoping videos or programmatic banners and media profiles. Reviewing, proofing, and co-ordinating approval of employer brand materials against brand guidelines and stakeholders. About you: A curious and creative mindset and ideally experience in the talent and the employer brand industry. Strong project management skills – with the ability to manage large numbers of projects and competing priorities in a calm and polite manner. Effective time management and personal organisational skills – we work remotely so outputs drive productivity and success. Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills – you need to be unafraid to lead a conversation and presentation, see inferences from data or pick up the phone to chat to clients. Attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves above all else will be paramount as we are a small but rapidly growing team.
