Manage a team of 10 in an outbound sales environment for a B2B SaaS company based in Manchester. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £38,000 with uncapped OTE of £60,000 including bonuses in Year 1. Full product and CRM training will be provided. You will manage a dynamic team of 8-12 SDRs/BDMs in an award-winning tech company for 2024. The role involves:

  • Managing an inside sales team
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of driven sales professionals from graduate level to BDM
  • Handling and monitoring day-to-day operations in a high-performance environment
  • Coaching and developing closing techniques, objection handling, and more
