About The Opportunity:
- Home based/Office based (3 days a week) – North West London
- £30,000 - £38,000 basic

With interest gaining momentum for our client from customers across Fleet, OEMs & Insurance companies, the business now needs a robust team to manage those customers once they have been onboarded.
The Team Leader will:
- Provide day-to-day support for sales advisors.
- Manage performance and motivate the team.
- Handle coaching and delivery oversight.
- Support their manager in project work and process improvements.
- Help develop a customer service policy.
- Handle escalation enquiries from customers.
- Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
