About the Role:
- Managing a varied caseload: Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
- Technical Expertise: Conducting title checks, raising enquiries, preparing reports, and signing off titles for purchase files, including Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy, and Building Safety Act related matters.
- Client Communication: Providing clear and concise advice to clients, keeping them informed throughout the conveyancing process.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving complex legal and technical issues.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other members of the conveyancing team, including case managers and support staff.
