Rydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group and is successfully providing facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominantly within the healthcare and housing association sectors.Job PurposeAs a Repairs Administrator / Customer Service Advisor you\βll be taking inbound calls from our customers reporting repairs and providing an excellent customer experience on every call. You will be trained to provide technical advice to residents to help diagnose faults and to raise repair appointment requests where a trained engineer is required to carry out the repair.
