Job Purpose
To support the continuous improvement and regulatory compliance of the service by providing exceptional administrative support through having excellent attention to detail. The role involves reading Assessment Reports destined for the courts and must ensure these are of the required standard. Reports are completed by professional social workers and no content changes are required; however, often they can contain spelling errors, poor grammar, incorrect formatting, and spelling mistakes. These mistakes need to be picked up and amended to retain the quality of the report. There will be a requirement to ensure effective and accurate minutes are taken of our legal panel to secure consistent follow-up of actions agreed. There may be a requirement to undertake other minuting duties. The role is a new role and will develop as we progress; a flexible and helpful nature is always valued.
