TalentCo are thrilled to be working with a seed stage AI-first startup looking to hire 2 exceptional Product Associates into their London HQ, to play pivotal roles in building and implementing their next generation, AI-native benefits platform. They are a team of exceptionally driven and obsessive individuals, looking to add more hyper-ambitious talent to their world class product team. Their ideal candidate is a high-potential, ambitious and AI-obsessed recent grad and this is a rare opportunity to work extremely closely with the founding team. Their HQ is in Central London, so you can choose to be based in-person or hybrid.
As Product Associate you will:
- Have complete ownership; the client are an early-stage startup so you'll interact with every area of the business and your potential impact will be unlimited.
- You’ll help scale this solution and play a part in rolling out the product across their enterprise clients.
- Dig deep into the data to understand how the product is performing once deployed.
- Work closely with sales and customer success team to help close deals, bringing your product expertise to bear.
- Continuously improve products with customer feedback.
We want to hear from you if:
- Academic Excellence: You’re a top graduate from a prestigious university, with a strong academic record that reflects your intellectual rigour and curiosity.
- AI Passion and Knowledge: You have a genuine, intense interest in AI. This is vitally important. You’re someone who not only follows the latest in AI but is deeply passionate about the subject.
- Early Career Experience: You have at least 6 months of professional experience (interesting internships count here), but are looking to progress to a product role with more autonomy and ability to create impact. Prior startup experience or entrepreneurial streak is highly valued.
- Continuous Learner: You have a voracious appetite for knowledge.
