An established and forward-thinking Building Services Consultancy in Leeds is looking for a qualified BREEAM Assessor to join their growing sustainability team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work across a wide range of innovative projects and play a key role in delivering sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post-construction
- Coordinate with design teams, clients, and contractors to achieve sustainability targets
- Compile and manage BREEAM evidence for certification
- Provide expert advice on sustainable building design and compliance
- Stay current with the latest updates to BREEAM, GLA, and Net-Zero policy requirements
- Licensed BREEAM Assessor (New Construction preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering BREEAM assessments
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and sustainability frameworks
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Experience working within a consultancy or multi-disciplinary design team
- Knowledge of related sustainability tools (e.g. OneClick LCA, IES, DesignBuilder) is desirable
- Opportunity to lead sustainability initiatives
