Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a multi-award-winning law firm based in Doncaster. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis. This role pays a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 annum depending on experience and is on a Hybrid basis.
Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor:
- Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.
- Negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.
About you as a Commercial Property Solicitor:
- Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property (essential).
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Friendly, approachable and professional attitude.
