As we continue to embark on our international expansion, we are looking for a talented sales lead to grow and develop our Channel Partner Sales Business in the EMEA/ MENA region, working hand in hand with our sales partners on successfully representing us in market.

The leader were looking for has deep market knowledge from years of navigating the digital marketing industry, has experience within the Partner Sales ecosystem and can effectively coach, support, and motivate our partner sales to succeed within ambiguity. You would be a key pillar to Reddits business strategy as we forge world-class global partnerships with our Channel Partners and regional brands. We are looking for a leader who will champion our culture and values for our Global Ads Partnerships team.

Responsibilities

Define the playbook: Set the sales strategy and tactics for your markets in collaboration with the Channel Partner to drive revenue growth in their local markets at both the domestic and export level.

Manage our Sales Partners across the EMEA/ MENA region ensuring they are meeting and exceeding their advertising revenue goals by applying an entrepreneurial approach to drive growth within the region.

Educate the local partners and work with XFN teams to ensure they are up to speed on our latest Products and Narratives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure the Partner is delivering the highest impact.

Work closely with the partner to understand their needs in order to successfully represent us in market.

Translate those needs by collaborating with Product and Marketing to provide feedback and insights, drive product enhancements and new product launches, and align on market positioning.

Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with Channel Partnerships strategic plan.

Represent Reddit in the emerging markets by speaking at key industry events.

Travel required.

8+ years of experience managing a pipeline & driving revenue within a digital advertising technology organization.

Has a customer-centric approach, a strong sales mentality, and commercial acumen.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply those insights to overcome or anticipate headwinds and ensure Partners are working on top-priority opportunities.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships that will further the success of the org and its clients.

Willingness to learn from peers and share your own strengths and success stories to support others.
