We’re partnering with a disruptive, unapologetically creative fashion brand to find an inspiring Head of Digital Marketing to join their senior leadership team. This is your chance to lead a global digital growth strategy and elevate the performance of e-commerce channels with full ownership across CRM, paid media, influencer marketing, social media, CX, and digital trading.
About the Role
Based in their vibrant Brighton HQ (with hybrid working options), you’ll work directly with the Founder and senior stakeholders to craft and execute a future-forward, customer-first digital marketing strategy. With a focus on acquisition, retention, and performance, you’ll drive results across global markets while staying true to the brand’s authentic DNA.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and lead the global digital marketing roadmap, driving customer growth and lifetime value.
- Own the digital performance of all channels, ensuring high ROI and brand consistency.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across CRM, e-comm trading, social, influencers, and CX.
- Drive innovation across platforms such as Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and TikTok Shop.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture, backed by data, CRO, and continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, merchandising, and tech to enhance digital journeys.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging platforms to future-proof the brand’s growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading digital marketing in an e-commerce-led brand (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge across paid, CRM, SEO, and social with a strategic, data-led mindset.
- A commercial yet creative thinker with a passion for brand-building and customer experience.
- A confident leader who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and knows how to inspire teams.
- Experience managing in-house teams and agency partners across global markets.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with niche, alternative, or cult fashion/lifestyle brands.
- Worked with tools like Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, GA4, and TikTok Ads.
- A track record of launching and scaling digital strategies internationally (particularly US, UK, EU).
