We’re supporting a fast-growing, tech-driven business in their search for a Senior CRM Developer to help revolutionise how they manage customer operations. This is a hybrid role, typically 1–2 days per week in their Hook office, offering flexibility while still keeping connected with the wider team. The Role
This brand-new position sits within a collaborative squad focused on Customer Platforms. You’ll be central to designing and building tools that enhance customer experience across inbound support and outbound engagement—supporting a contact centre environment and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom apps, tools, and widgets to optimise a major CRM platform (currently Zendesk, but open to all CRM backgrounds)
- Contribute to a long-term platform roadmap that supports automation and operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with CRM leads, software engineers, and product stakeholders
- Champion clean, well-tested, and scalable code in a modern DevOps environment
Tech Environment
Languages & Tools: TypeScript, AWS (Serverless), CDK, GitHub
Working practices: CI/CD, peer review, infrastructure as code, agile delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Solid commercial experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics etc.)
- Strong coding skills, ideally with TypeScript
- Exposure to cloud environments, especially AWS
- An automation-first mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
