What You’ll Make Happen
Collaborating with fellow analysts and other internal teams, you’ll take part in:

  • Contributing to a variety of client-facing insights reports
  • Gathering and analysing performance data from social media networks, in accordance with our processes
  • Developing a mastery of a variety of analytics tools, including Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio
  • Creating visually appealing and consistently designed reports and presentations
  • Generating content and strategy recommendations from data analysis of our clients' social accounts
  • Compiling those recommendations into a written format to be shared with external stakeholders
  • Continuously looking for areas of improvement and working with the team to improve the overall quality of our reports and provide more value to our clients
  • Updating and maintaining documentation on our reporting processes
  • Following client and competitor accounts on social media to better understand effective social media strategy

Your Expertise
Excellent numeracy skills and ability to analyse data quantitatively and qualitatively. Social media experience is a plus, but not a necessity if you’re interested in learning about the industry. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Excellent written and communication skills. Unparalleled attention to detail. Ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlines.

Nice to Haves:
Experience in creating and executing on social media performance reports. Experience with 3rd party social analytics tools, such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Social Insider. Experience with the social networks’ native analytics tools, such as Facebook Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics.

Remote-First & Flexible
Fully remote within the UK, or join us in the Edinburgh office (if you’re nearby). Our usual working hours are between 9am and 5.30pm GMT, but we offer flexible working arrangements with start times from 8 am GMT and end times up to 7 pm GMT.

Hiring Process
First, you will receive questions to self-record a video response. We will then invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting, Caspar, our Head of Social Operations, and Vanessa, our Social Media Analytics Manager, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions. After the initial interview, you may be sent a short reporting task to complete (if you’re open to it). And that’s it!
