We are recruiting for Commis Chef for our client in St Albans. As a Chef, you will be required to hold both Food allergens certificate and Food Safety Certificate Level 2. Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, taking pride in keeping the kitchen and all catering equipment clean and well-maintained.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing, cooking, and serving food
- Cleaning stations
- Food presentation
- Ensuring the produce matches orders
- Following nutritional guidelines
