We are looking for a Global People Partner to work within a strong team with an ambitious yet achievable strategy which will define Optoma in the years to come. This role will report to the Senior Global People Partner.
The role will involve a mix of projects and operational duties, with a focus on Learning and Development. This role will evolve as the people function transforms, with new systems and modernized processes. A hands-on approach in designing and delivering a learning and development (L&D) syllabus is essential, including identifying L&D needs, defining objectives, structuring curricula, arranging learning methods, and assessing feedback. Continuous improvement will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will support the strategic transformation and work with regional teams operationally to ensure legal compliance and accurate data management, establishing a strong foundation for future people plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and implementation of the people strategy, programs and processes, either through collaboration or direct delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders (Global Head of People and Culture, Senior Global People Partner, regional HR teams, and international colleagues) to focus on performance management, talent acquisition, career development, diversity, and compensation/rewards.
- Analyze business metrics to identify potential issues (e.g., engagement surveys, performance, attrition) and work with stakeholders to implement and measure solutions.
- Coordinate and align global people initiatives with regional teams.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, diagnose problems, and drive appropriate solutions in collaboration with the Senior Global People Partner.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering community, cohesion, and a sense of belonging, ensuring an inclusive workforce where everyone feels valued and respected.
- Stay informed on business and global people trends to inform the people strategy.
- Support other people team projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
