What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide Short-Term Mentorship: Attend calls (typically 25-30 mins) to connect, advise, and guide aspiring jobseekers.
• Share Your Expertise: Offer advice, share your own experiences, provide CV reviews, and help with interview prep.
• Open Doors: If relevant, refer talented individuals to your company or network, supporting them through the interview process.
