Walker Cole International is searching for a Program Director to join a growing immuno-oncology biotech in Oxfordshire. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for multiple projects across several business functions to drive and develop clinical and commercial strategy to support the business as it grows.
Main responsibilities as a Program Director:
- Drive the core program team to ensure all operational targets are met.
- Oversight and management of bringing new assets from discovery into the clinic.
- Work collaboratively with clinical operations to monitor progress of site wide activities, ensuring accurate execution of clinical trials.
- Co-ordinate the assembly of IND submission from all suitable departments.
Experience required for a Program Director:
- Several years experience of project/program management within biotechnology sector.
- Understanding of R&D phases, IND enabling programs, or early clinical development.
- Expertise in IO/Oncology preferred but not essential.
- Minimum BSc in relevant field (PhD or MSc preferred).
