FutureTech Recruitment is partnered with an AI Blockchain startup located in Europe. They’re a driving force in co-owning AI systems. They’re looking to bring on a VP of Engineering, located in Europe, to help scale their product and team.
Responsibilities
- Lead software architecture decisions that align with the company’s technical vision, balancing speed, reliability, and security.
- Establish and uphold high-quality software engineering processes and standards.
- Design and implement systems to monitor product reliability, with emphasis on agents and the desktop application.
- Partner with the CTO to lead incident response and troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage the full R&D lifecycle—from concept to launch—helping shape the roadmap and resource planning with Delivery support.
- Coordinate teams and resources to deliver key outcomes, managing project scopes with a high degree of autonomy.
- Represent the company externally with customers, partners, and at industry events to help strengthen market presence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years leading teams in a start-up/scale-up.
- Strong track record of executing at a high level in technical leadership roles.
- Hands-on with Python, Typescript.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in or have strong knowledge of the crypto space.
