Finatal are working with an international private equity house that needs an Interim Integration Director to assist with a scaling portfolio company that has recently completed several acquisitions across the UK in keeping with their buy and build strategy. Within the professional services sector, the business is predominantly people-based and key talent retention will be of utmost importance as ultimately this is where a lot of the value in the acquisitions is held.
You will be responsible for execution of the PMI, working closely with the transformation team to produce decks, templates, and overall project management, coordinating across all workstreams and functions. The long-term strategy of the business is to continue the M&A strategy, so a strong integration plan is crucial.
Ideally, you’ll have a track record in:
