Your Role:
- Oversee the daily operations of the indoor and outdoor plant departments.
- Manage stock levels, uphold high standards of plant care and visual merchandising, and support your team in delivering excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the centre management team to maintain a safe, efficient, and inspiring retail environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge & passion for a wide variety of plants (trees, shrubs, perennials, indoor plants).
- Supervisory or department manager experience in a retail and/or horticultural setting.
- Good commercial awareness, able to spot trends and maximise sales opportunities.
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
