Your Role:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the indoor and outdoor plant departments.
  • Manage stock levels, uphold high standards of plant care and visual merchandising, and support your team in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the centre management team to maintain a safe, efficient, and inspiring retail environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge & passion for a wide variety of plants (trees, shrubs, perennials, indoor plants).
  • Supervisory or department manager experience in a retail and/or horticultural setting.
  • Good commercial awareness, able to spot trends and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • A reliable, organised mindset.
