Our client, leading inspection machinery manufacturers, are seeking to add a competent, versatile Engineer to their Field Service team.

Duties:

  • This broad and varied service role includes carrying out repairs, commissioning, calibration and upgrades of equipment at customer sites.
  • Providing remote technical support via phone and email.
  • Other related duties.

Requirements:

  • The position requires an Electrical/Electronics qualification (ONC minimum), ideally with experience in a field-based role.
  • Well-developed customer service and communication skills are essential attributes.
  • An organised approach to working, the ability to problem solve and a full, current driving license.
  • PLC programming knowledge and an appreciation of PC hardware are advantageous.

Salary: Basic salary £35,000 - £38,000 OTE to £60,000 including bonus and overtime.
