Reporting Line: Deputy General Counsel
This role will be part of an established and growing legal team, responsible for all Commercial, Product, and Privacy legal matters within the business. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with sales and marketing teams and have a passion for technology and product innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (preferably 3-5 PQE)
- Experience advising on and negotiating SaaS products, services, and data licensing agreements
- Strong knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR
Candidates must be based in the UK and able to travel to London.
