What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee or support daily venue operations
- Lead and develop front and back of house teams

- Progress into a Venue Manager role — based on performance and readiness

- Hospitality experience (pubs, bars, or casual dining preferred)
- Natural leadership and a proactive, hands-on approach
- A strong focus on service, people, and teamwork

You may be eligible if you’re:
- Aged 18–35
- Eligible for an Australian Working Holiday Visa (WHV)
