A world-renowned luxury retail company based in London is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join their dynamic legal team. Reporting to the Lead Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal and strategic advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Drafting policies
  • Managing employee grievances
  • Claims
  • Dismissals
  • Settlement negotiations

You will collaborate with HR, senior management, and external advisers, while also advising on corporate, commercial, data protection, and GDPR issues related to employment. The role will have a heavy litigious element.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor ideally between 1-3 PQE, with post-qualification experience in employment law. In-house experience is advantageous but not essential. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a globally recognised brand.
