Position Overview
As the Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to clients in a wide range of industries. You’ll be dedicated and driven by providing customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customers across multiple industries.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic business plans to expand market share.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers, ensuring optimal application of surfactant technologies and associated raw materials/ingredients.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.

- Strong understanding of specialty chemicals with applications in markets such as home care, detergency, metal working, lubricants, greases, and industrial manufacturing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
