Within their Social Housing sector, they are looking for Multi-skilled plasterers to carry out maintenance and disrepair work including damp and mould on tenanted properties in the Manchester area.
Job role:
- Carry out Plastering work as well as other trades on tenanted properties
- Work a 39 hour week
To be considered for the role:
- An NVQ or equivalent in Plastering
- Able to confidently carry out other trades such as Joinery, plumbing, painting
- Have a CSCS card
- Own transport and tools
