OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment

  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Banquet & Conference set up and service
  • Be responsible for the welfare and wellbeing of all departmental employees, promoting the professional career development of the team
  • Be responsible for resolving internal/external customer complaints escalated from team members
  • Maintain complete knowledge of scheduled group functions, times, locations, number of people and specified requirements
