OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment
- A genuine passion for the Conference and Events industry
- Flexibility to work long hours

IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Banquet & Conference set up and service
- Be responsible for the welfare and wellbeing of all departmental employees, promoting the professional career development of the team
- Be responsible for resolving internal/external customer complaints escalated from team members
- Maintain complete knowledge of scheduled group functions, times, locations, number of people and specified requirements
