What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running a full 360 desk: business development, candidate sourcing, managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- Winning and nurturing client relationships within the manufacturing industry
- Interviewing, qualifying and placing high-quality candidates
- Working to financial goals with full autonomy and tailored support
