Job Summary: Our client is seeking a confident, reliable, and proactive individual to join their team as a Vehicle Logistics Driver. This full-time role requires an enthusiastic individual who can work as part of a team. A confident and reliable individual with a pro-active attitude and strong self-initiative is essential along with a good knowledge of vehicles. The ability to respond to customers in a helpful, timely, courteous, and friendly manner is also essential. A full UK driving licence is essential. Some early starts and/or late finishes may be required as are long distance trips from time to time, occasionally overnight stopovers, so flexibility with working hours is required. Overtime will be paid where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all fleet vehicles are maintained to a high standard, including adherence to legal requirements such as MOT, road tax, and servicing (including any vehicle adaptations)
- Issue and manage Service Care reminders to managed clients
- Carry out cleaning and valeting of vehicles when required
- Conduct checks on new vehicles to confirm correct specifications
