A rapidly expanding marketing company based in Leeds is looking to strengthen its finance team with the addition of a Commercial Finance Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a fast-paced, dynamic business with excellent prospects for career development.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior finance leaders and commercial stakeholders, providing detailed financial analysis, insightful commentary, and decision support to drive business performance. You’ll play a key role in reporting, planning, and influencing strategic initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting with actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with senior finance and commercial teams to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Lead financial planning activities, including monthly and quarterly forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on key business KPIs, delivering updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support business case development and commercial modelling for new initiatives.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to deepen understanding of business drivers and performance trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a commercial finance or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Confident communicator, able to work collaboratively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with solid technical knowledge.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to make a tangible impact within a growing business.
