Our client, based in the Telecoms sector, is seeking a strong PMO Lead to support within different change projects. You will provide support and co-ordination of business activities and processes to support the Head of Business Change and Release Management and Head of Process and Service Design. The ideal candidate will have experience within a PMO, project based environment and ideally within Change.
Rate: £400-460 per day (inside IR35)
Pay Framework: Umbrella Company
Duration: initially 6 months with scope to extend
Location: Hybrid - 1 day a week in the office - need to be able to commute to Milton Keynes and London office.
Role:
- Provide a tool and process for capturing all new change demand.
- Create a reporting view of progress against the delivery portfolio and supplier activity.
- Providing executive summary views of the overall delivery plans, risks and the interdependencies from across all delivery projects and programmes.
- Recommend and put in place best practice portfolio management that allows the Operational Change and all partners to understand performance against our key deliverables as a function.
- Working with the head of departments in Change, control & coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects where required.
