We are seeking an experienced and results driven Paid Media / Performance Marketing Exec with a strong focus on lead generation and maximising ROI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising our paid media campaigns across multiple channels and global markets, ensuring that our advertising investment contributes to achieving our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in driving high-quality leads and improving conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that focus on generating high-quality leads and achieving a strong ROI.
- Identify and target key audience segments to maximise our campaign efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Manage our budget allocation across various platforms, including Google, Microsoft, Meta and more.
- Lead Generation:
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns that drive qualified leads into the sales funnel.
- Work closely with our CRO & UX teams to optimise landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead.
- Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure seamless lead integration.
