Our client, a leading city law firm, are seeking a paralegal with 6+ months experience as a commercial property paralegal to join their very successful commercial property department. This is an incredible opportunity to gain invaluable experience, developing your skillset and providing strong potential for progression.
The Role:
- Documentation preparation and management, including contracts, leases and sale and purchase agreements
- Conducting title searches and reviews
- Reviewing commercial leases
- Assisting with closings
- Conducting legal research
- Post-completion work
The Requirements:
- Very strong academics
- Circa 6+ months experience as a commercial property paralegal is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest and eagerness to develop within the property law
