KOL BD Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Source local crypto channels according to the platform\’s localization expansion plan
• Act as the primary contact person of the channel / KOL, responsible for related events, campaigns and feedback etc.
• Work with growth operations team and channels/KOLs to design and execute suitable campaigns to acquire more users, increase conversions rate and trading volume.
• Responsible for expanding local collaboration resources, performing business development, brand cooperation, resource exchange and other related matters.
• Monitor and assess industry trends and customer drivers and discuss strategies with team lead and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Maintain existing channel / KOL relationships and ensure sound communication between both parties based on business progress.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in local language to communicate with local counterparts
• Good business sense in crypto derivatives channel and strong KOL connections in crypto industry
• Ability to commit flexible and extended hours to interact with the crypto community
• Familiar with Social Media Channels
