We are seeking experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultants ready for a new challenge within an established built‐environment agency.

Experience required

Minimum 2 years\’ experience running a 360 desk

Proven success in winning, developing, and retaining client relationships

Strong track record of placing permanent professionals across technical sectors

Skilled at managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement

Uncapped commission scheme – 27.5% on everything over threshold
