To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all electrical & mechanical systems within the site. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. To ensure that the building is kept up to date with all required statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: The engineer is required to carry out all electrical works for maintaining the client building including work on electrical equipment and installations and HVAC equipment.
