This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, towards HOD/ Partnership.About the Role Our client is now looking for a commercially aware Solicitor with relevant experience in handing a busy caseload of civil and commercial disputes. This will consist of contract disputes, construction disputes, L&T matters, property disputes, debt collection, insolvency, share purchase agreements, employment settlement agreements and probate disputes.   Candidate Requirements Our client is looking for a Solicitor with a solid track record and at least 6 years+ relevant experience in handling a busy and complex caseload of litigation matters. You will need to be a commercially aware individual with a head for marketing and business development that can go out and promote the company within the local community.
