Great opportunity to work as a Butcher / Slaughter for a leading meat processing factory. Brightwork is recruiting for a Butcher / Slaughter to work in Turriff, Aberdeenshire. The rate of pay is from £13.20 per hour up to £20.31 per hour. You will work full time, the start time is 7am until the finish, usually between 3.30pm and 5pm.

Your Time at Work

  • Working in an Abattoir/Boning environment in the involvement of the slaughter of cattle and sheep
  • Cutting, trimming and preparation in the meat production process
  • Maintain Health & Safety, Hygiene and Food quality standards
  • Working as a team to ensure the production runs quickly and efficiently
  • Help during changes on the line learning new skills as required
  • Work on different lines and areas where required
  • Comply with all company procedures and codes of practice to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace
