We’re working with a globally recognised manufacturer that’s putting technology at the heart of its future — and they’re on the hunt for an SAP Support Analyst, or a very inquisitive SAP Key User who understands SAP process and operations, to join their ongoing journey.
This is your chance to play a key role in supporting critical business systems across departments like sales, purchasing, manufacturing, finance, and warehousing. If you’re keen to take ownership, solve problems, and help shape smarter ways of working, this one’s for you.
Our client promotes from within, so expect career trajectory, plenty of support, and learn from highly experienced SAP experts!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Day-to-day support of SAP and connected ERP systems across the business.
- Working across Logistics, Production, SD, Finance, and Warehousing to troubleshoot and optimise.
- Identifying recurring issues and suggesting smarter solutions.
- Collaborating with external SAP support partners for complex escalations.
- Helping deliver user training and maintain accurate process documentation.
- Supporting system upgrades and enhancements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Around 1–3 years in an SAP support role — or strong SAP process knowledge from a manufacturing / supply chain / logistics environment.
- Familiarity with SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, MRP, WM, or FICO.
- A sharp, analytical mind with a passion for problem-solving.
- A background in manufacturing is a plus (but not essential).
- The ability to commit to a hybrid setup with 3 days per week onsite.
Why This Role Stands Out:
- You’ll work with a collaborative, down-to-earth team that values practical solutions and continuous improvement.
- You’ll get exposure to Tier-1 business systems and exciting digital transformation projects.
- You’ll have the space to grow, learn, and develop — professionally and personally.
- If you’re the kind of person who stays curious, likes getting stuck into system challenges, and enjoys working with people as much as processes — you’ll fit right in.
