HRIS Project Manager (SuccessFactors)

I am delighted to support an outstanding business based in the heart of London in recruiting an HRIS Project Manager. This role will support the global implementation of a tier-1 product (i.e., SuccessFactors, etc) across a multi-module rollout within a complex environment. This role is central to driving process improvements, business change, and technology adoption across the global HR function. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven tier-1 HR technology implementations, working as the lead, and working within the professional or financial services sectors.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end HRIS implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Define and enforce project governance, managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.Collaborate with HR leadership to shape HR transformation strategies.Lead process redesign, ensuring optimization of HR operations, reward, and talent management.Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and external delivery teams.Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience in Tier 1 professional services or complex global organizations.Proven track record managing SuccessFactors implementations internationally.Strong understanding of HRIS systems, process automation, and HR technology.Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across global locations.Exceptional stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and change management skills.The role offers a competitive package of up to £100,000 p.a. on a permanent basis + bonus and benefits.
