Job Title: Account Executive, Enterprise

Location: New Malden, SW London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Reporting to: Sales Director

Salary: Up to ยฃ95,000 base + competitive commission + benefits

The Opportunity

They are looking for a driven and consultative Enterprise Account Executive to join at a pivotal time of evolution. Youโ€™ll play a critical role in generating new business, expanding existing client relationships, and shaping how leading organizations make high-quality talent decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and win new enterprise clients
  • Account Expansion: Upsell, cross-sell, and renew within your existing portfolio
  • Full Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Strategic Growth Plans: Create tailored account strategies to maximize revenue
  • Trusted Advisor: Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting (Salesforce, HubSpot)

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

  • 4+ years in B2B Enterprise sales (Account Exec, Business Dev, or Account Manager role)
  • Proven track record in SaaS and/or HR Tech sales
  • Experience with consultative methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC)
  • Demonstrated success in both winning new business and growing accounts

Skills & Attributes

  • Skilled in prospecting, cold outreach, and deal closure
  • Proficient with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
  • Strong communicator and negotiator
  • Highly organized, driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
