Job Description: Forming part of the group digital analytics function, reporting into the group head of digital analytics, you will work closely with the digital product team and wider digital functions, supporting the assessment of the digital product across Frasers Group’s fascias. Support the creation of a suite of dashboards to bring insight and analytics into the digital product function. Accountable for performing deep dive ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation of our websites. Collaborate with the experimentation function to support further analysis of A/B test results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the product function, support the senior analyst/manager to develop ways of working across product, UX, user testing and analytics to deliver a best-in-class product development cycle.
Qualifications: Experience working in a product analytics position ideally within an ecommerce/retail business. Proficiency with SQL (required) and R/Python (nice to have). Experience utilising GA4/Big Query to extract user journey insight, and Optimizely (or alternative A/B testing tool). Strong visualisation skills (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau etc.). Expert communicator, with the ability to flex their presentation style based on the audience.
