YOUR ROLE
Capgemini is a recognized leader in providing business and application consulting services to a diverse range of clients across industries. Our SAP and ERP advisory practice within Capgemini Invent is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary S/4HANA and ERP Business Architecture Director with deep expertise in E2E Business and Solution Architecture across SAP and ERP modules to shape and deliver complex business transformation.
As a SAP S/4HANA and ERP business architecture Director, you will play a key role in:
- Growing the business: Be a driver in the development and expansion of the SAP and ERP advisory practice.
- Shaping SAP and ERP transformations: Leverage your end-to-end cross functional process and solution knowledge, its applications and integration between SAP and non-SAP solutions to guide clients. Advise clients on optimizing their end-to-end process, business and solution architecture by shaping up transformation programmes and prepare transformation roadmaps across Processes, data, systems and operating models.
- Delivering projects: Lead and deliver complex SAP/ ERP Transformation engagements end to end as a Business and/or Solution architect for clients.
- Building credible advisor relationships: Pursue and cultivate trusted and credible business relationships.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development - Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution - Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, POVs, Development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development - Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company and certifications.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation as a Solution lead, Business and/or Solution Architect.
- Deep understanding of SAP solutions portfolio and how they integrate with non-SAP solutions.
- Very good understanding of End to end knowledge of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and HR and their integration across SAP/ ERP modules.
- Proven ability to shape the solution in either pre-sales or discovery engagements and then deliver it as an architect.
- Experience in clean core methodology, SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard approaches to effectively advise the client.
- Familiar with Rise with SAP and Grow with SAP models.
- Experience with SAP Business AI, Gen AI and other hyperscalers capabilities on AI solutions.
- Experience in any other ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and Workday is desirable.
- Certifications such as SAP Enterprise Architect, TOGAF, Business Process Integration, SAP BTP solution architecture are desirable.
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, with a proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Business development - utilising a combination of the organisation's broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you'll be generating c.£2m of consulting revenues.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly solve complex issues.
- Strong collaboration, communication, planning, influencing, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Experienced in coaching and developing teams.
