What’s in it for me?
This role will set you up for future promotion. There is a wider team and plenty of areas to step into down the line. If you can show your passion and hard work then you can expect to be rewarded not just financially but with promotion opportunities higher up the business. This role will give you a fantastic amount of autonomy. The manager is not someone who likes to micromanage and gives you the trust to achieve the agreed targets. But, if you do need help, you only need to reach out and ask and you will have plenty of support.
You’ll be doing this:
- Delivering face-to-face onboarding and ongoing training to a network of automotive dealerships.
- Supporting partnerships with clients such as supporting dealer queries and training needs.
- Developing effective working relationships with automotive dealer groups throughout the UK, so that they realise the full benefits of using the company's leading-edge fleet and stolen vehicle recovery & telematics solutions.
And you’ll need this:
- Experience within the dealer services space will be beneficial.
- You need to be someone with ambition and drive to develop your career. This is not a role for someone who is looking to coast and achieve the bare minimum.
- Experience with aftermarket solutions will be beneficial (E.G. GAP, Paint Protection).
