We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to a well established mixed practice that provides general and restorative service to patients of all ages. Full time hours contract however 4 days a week can also be considered, salary negotiable and will depend on experience. GDC registration is a must. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8am- 5.30pm; Fridays 8- 5.00 and occasional Saturdays when required.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for patients
- Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Communicate treatment plans and updates to patients and their families
- Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure consistency in patient care
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
