Maintenance Assistant, Hotel du Vin

Role Overview:

Take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, including upkeep of facilities and managing the maintenance team. Ensure jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations. Painting & decorating skills are a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively complete daily job lists and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail.
2. Work to deadlines and liaise confidently with contractors.
3. Take responsibility for health and safety standards.
4. Organise tasks effectively and communicate clearly.
5. Experience in a similar hotel maintenance environment is required; knowledge of electrics and health & safety is beneficial.
