We are currently looking for an Independent Living Officer to join The Sovini Group. As an Independent Living Officer, you will be expected to:

  • Be responsible for managing the Independent Living Service in a designated area by delivering an intensive and supportive housing management service.
  • Develop an effective housing action and risk management plan with each customer, that meets their outcomes as identified from needs and risk assessments and liaising with relevant external agencies identified. Then review annually to reflect service and policies.
  • Test dispersed alarm equipment/hard wired equipment on a regular basis. When necessary, report, investigate and rectify issues reporting faults to contractors.
  • Maintain efficient administrative system to ensure the accuracy of information and records relating to services.
