What You’ll Do:

You’ll work closely with our Project Manager and Design Manager, becoming a key player in bringing complex, design-led projects to life. This role is all about keeping projects moving, supporting the delivery team, and ensuring the client journey is seamless from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with project scheduling and delivery programs
  • Supporting client communication - emails, calls, meeting notes, and status updates
  • Preparing weekly project reports, tracking progress, and clearing roadblocks
  • Managing subcontractors, technical submittals, and material samples
  • Ensuring site readiness through surveys and regular visits
  • Supporting key project stages: Sales, Production, and Site Handovers
  • Helping control project budgets alongside the PM

What You Bring:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A detail-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • A willingness to learn technical details, materials, and project workflows
  • Some experience in construction, architecture, or design delivery (ideal, not essential)
  • Confidence to liaise with clients and subcontractors professionally
