The client is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

A Salesforce tester's role is to ensure that Salesforce solutions function properly before they are released to the user base. QA testers perform a variety of tests to identify issues and prevent faulty products from reaching users/customers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as a functional Salesforce Tester across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ).
  • Experience testing Salesforce integrations, including APIs and third-party connectors.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing, regression testing, and performance testing.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Agile SAFe framework.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations with multiple instances.
  • Salesforce certifications e.g. Salesforce Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for the program.
  • Design and execute test cases to identify and report bugs, glitches, and other issues.
  • Perform system and functional testing to ensure solution meets business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with developers to resolve issues and improve the user experience.
  • Maintain test documentation and record defect details. Track defects through fix, retest to closure.
  • Ensure that the software meets the quality criteria established by the program team and end users.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new solutions/updates have not impacted existing core processes.
  • Where applicable, appropriate, and feasible ensure that testing includes tests across performance, regression, functionality, non-functionals and integration.
  • Ability to perform manual and automated testing.
